On Sunday 1 February the price for white quinoa was 1000 Bolivianos per quintal (US$3.21 per kg). Red quinoa closed at 1250 Bolivianos per quintal, equivalent to US$4.02 per kg. The price for black quinoa was still 900 Bolivianos per quintal (US$2.89).
On 25 January the price for white quinoa was the same as last week, 1050 Bolivianos per quintal (US$3.40 per kg). Red quinoa closed slightly higher compared to last week, at 1300 Bolivianos per quintal, which is equivalent to US$4.21 per kg. Black quinoa is still traded for 900 Bolivianos per quintal (US$2.92).
